Job Title: Technical Support Analyst

Location: Vienna, VA (Onsite)

Position Type: Multi-year contract

Responsibilities Provide technical support for desktop and hardware issues, including imaging and deploying laptops and desktops for onboarding Support break/fix hardware troubleshooting and repair, managing issues from start to finish Test and validate returned devices through the return merchandise authorization (RMA) process Manage IT asset recovery efforts through return and offboarding tickets, including device scanning in and out Fulfill software installation, updates, and troubleshooting requests Support virtual environment tasks such as VM requests and related issues Work on-site at headquarters five days a week, ensuring timely and effective technical support Requirements

1-5+ years of desktop/technical support experience Experience with the ServiceNow ticketing system or equivalent Strong communication skills with the ability to provide daily updates and status reports Proficiency in imaging, deploying, and troubleshooting laptops and desktops Ability to support hardware and software troubleshooting end-to-end Comfortable working onsite at headquarters Nice to Have
