Technical Support Analyst

A financial services firm in Virginia is seeking a Technical Support Analyst to join their team in on-site in Vienna.

About the Opportunity:

Schedule: Monday to Friday
Hours: Standard business
Setting: Onsite

Responsibilities:

Provide end-to-end desktop and technical support, including hardware troubleshooting, break/fix, and software-related issues
Image, configure, and deploy laptops and desktops for new-hire onboarding
Manage and resolve tickets through ServiceNow or a similar IT service management platform
Fulfill software installation and update requests and troubleshoot related issues
Support virtual environments, process VM requests, and resolve related technical issues

Qualifications:

1+ years of desktop support, help desk, or technical support experience
Hands-on experience troubleshooting hardware, software, laptops, desktops, and peripherals
Experience using ServiceNow or a comparable ticketing and ITSM system
Experience with laptop and desktop imaging and deployment
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to manage multiple support requests while maintaining strong attention to detail
Ability to work onsite five days per week

Desired Skills:

Experience supporting virtual environments
Experience with IT asset management, inventory control, and device return processing
Experience with RMA troubleshooting and offboarding support
