Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations of clients to assess the intensity, frequency, and duration of mood disorder symptoms, utilizing diagnostic tools and observational assessments.

• Collaborate with clients to co-create personalized treatment plans that align with their individual goals, preferences, and needs.

• Employ a range of evidence-based therapeutic techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to facilitate effective treatment outcomes.

• Educate clients and their families about mood disorders, potential treatment options, and effective self-care practices, fostering empowerment through knowledge.

• Monitor and document client progress meticulously, regularly adjusting treatment plans based on the evolving needs and responses of clients.

• Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated care tailored to complex client situations.

• Remain current with the latest research and advancements in mood disorder treatment to continuously enhance therapeutic strategies.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
