Through our robust product engineering, outstanding tooling capabilities and diverse process expertise, we continue to bring lightweight and innovative products to market.**Job Responsibilities:****ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE POSITIONS:*** Process vendor invoices by matching purchase orders, receiving reports, and invoices, ensuring proper approvals and accurate coding prior to entry in SAP.* Enter, review, and post Accounts Payable transactions in SAP while maintaining batch control procedures and ensuring accuracy in the General Ledger.* Review and reconcile purchase order accruals, unmatched invoices, outstanding payables, expense reports, and month-end accruals to support accurate financial reporting.* Prepare, issue, and distribute vendor payments, ensuring required approvals, signatures, and timely processing of checks.* Communicate with suppliers and internal stakeholders to resolve invoice discrepancies, payment issues, and other accounts payable concerns.* Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process enhancement opportunities and assisting with additional accounting and administrative duties as assigned.**POSITION REQUIREMENTS****EDUCATION:*** Bachelor’s Degree, major in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or other related field and 2 – 4 years AP/AR/GL experience.**WORK EXPERIENCE / TECHNICAL TRAINING:*** Experience in Excel is required* Experience in SAP is strongly preferred**WHY WORK HERE?*** Health Insurance (includes telemedicine, FSA, HSA, and other benefits)* Dental Insurance* Vision Insurance* 401(k) with match* Employee Profit Sharing Plan* Employee Assistance Program* Tuition Reimbursement* Referral Program - Up to $1,000 per hired referral* Onsite cafeteria with multiple fresh-cooked options and salad bar, and fully stocked breakrooms throughout plant* Annual events (Summer cookout, Christmas party, etc.)* Onsite Nurses' office* Onsite Mother's room***Pay range: $50,000 - $60,000 annual salary******VISA SPONSORSHIP NOT AVAILABLE FOR THIS POSITION***#LI-JC1 #LI-SF1 #LI-Onsite## **Awareness, Unity, Empowerment:**At Magna, we believe that a diverse workforce is critical to our success.
