Careerscape is supporting a client opening for a Hybrid Entry-Level Administrative Assistant based in New York, NY. This role offers a mix of remote flexibility and in-office collaboration.
This is a great opportunity for someone looking to start their career in a professional office environment. No prior experience is required—training will be provided.
You will support daily administrative tasks, help keep operations organized, and assist teams with scheduling, communication, and documentation.
Responsibilities
- Manage calendars, scheduling, and meeting coordination
- Handle emails, data entry, and basic documentation
- Organize files, records, and internal systems
- Assist with office coordination and team support
- Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and presentations
- Support communication between departments
- Perform general administrative and clerical tasks
- Help maintain smooth daily office operations
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- No experience required (training provided)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Basic computer skills (email, Microsoft Office, Google Docs)
- Good communication and attention to detail
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work both remotely and in-office as needed
