This esteemed institution in Dayton, OH, is expanding its team and is in search of a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) who is dedicated to providing outstanding care to neonatal and pediatric patients. You will work alongside skilled anesthesiologists to develop and implement tailored anesthesia care plans, ensuring the best outcomes for our young patients. Job Responsibilities: No on-call, holiday, or weekend shifts. 8 or 10-hour shifts from 07:00 to 15:30 or 07:00 to 17:30. Commitment to a minimum of 6 months of consistent coverage. Work under the supervision of a Pediatric Anesthesiologist. Manage an average of 1-15 surgical cases per day. Operate in a Level 1 Trauma Center. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including physicians, anesthesiologists, CRNAs, and nursing staff. Utilize 11 ORs at the main site and additional facilities for medical imaging and IR coverage. Qualifications: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN). Graduation from an accredited AANA-approved nurse anesthesia program. Current CRNA certification. Licensure in the State of Ohio. PALS certification. Strong communication and customer service skills. Excellent manual dexterity and physical/emotional stamina. Preferred: 1-3 years of neonatal and/or pediatric experience.
