- Role: Apartment Maintenance Technician
- Location: Fairlane East Apartments, Dearborn, MI
- Compensation: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
- EPA Certification required
- Appliance repair and installation
- Hot water tank and shut off valve replacements
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Financial Growth: Annual salary increases up to 5%.
- Bonus Potential: Quarterly bonus incentives reaching up to $3,000 annually.
- On-Call Perks: $100 weekly base pay + minimum hourly guarantees for call-outs.
