Job Title: Client Coordinator

As a Client Coordinator, you will be a brand ambassador, ensuring that every customer interaction reflects our commitment to superior service. Responsibilities:

Pool Service: Scheduling, dispatching, and routing technicians; monitoring appointments; managing service agreements; creating service calendars; updating customers on schedule changes; and maintaining customer files.

Office/Administrative: Providing customer assistance via phone, email and in person; selling club memberships; and managing warranty claims.

Requirements:

Ability to work under pressure
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong customer service skills
Punctual and dependable
Follow company core values
Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Computer skills and knowledge of Gmail, Microsoft Office, Word, Excel
Dispatching experience
