We are currently seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to join our team. This individual will work closely with the Human Resources Manager to support daily HR operations and help foster a positive employee experience. Responsibilities Coordinate interviews, onboarding activities, HR meetings, and department calendars to ensure an organized and efficient hiring process. Serve as a primary point of contact for employees and candidate inquiries, providing timely assistance and exceptional customer service. Support the onboarding process by preparing new hire paperwork, completing I‑9 verification, coordinating orientation, and ensuring a smooth first-day experience. Maintain employee records, update HRIS data, assist with compliance documentation, and support various HR administrative functions. Assist with recruiting efforts by posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates throughout the hiring process. Promote a positive workplace culture by delivering professional, confidential, and responsive HR support to employees and leadership. Qualifications Minimum 1 year of administrative or human resources experience High school diploma required, Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
