We are seeking a detail-oriented and organizedHR Coordinator to support our growing Human Resources team. As anHR Coordinator, you will provide essential administrative and operational support across keyHRfunctions and help ensure the smooth execution ofHRprocesses and programs. This position will report directly to the VP ofHRand work closely withHRleadership and managers across the organization. Responsibilities Provide administrative and operational support for day-to-dayHRactivities, including recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, and employee records. Coordinate new hire onboarding processes, ensuring a positive and seamless employee experience. Serve as a first point of contact for employeeHR-related questions, escalating issues as appropriate. Assist with the administration ofHRpolicies, procedures, and programs. Support employee relations matters by maintaining documentation andcoordinating follow-up actions. Coordinate and track employee leaves of absence, including FMLA and related processes. Assist in maintaining compliance with local, state, and federal employment laws through accurate record-keeping and reporting. Prepare and maintainHRfiles, reports, and compliance documentation. Coordinate employee training sessions and track training completion and records. SupportHRprojects and initiatives as assigned byHRleadership. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. 1–3 years of experience in anHRsupport, coordinator, or administrative role. Working knowledge of basic employment laws andHRbest practices. Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Proficiency inHRIS systems and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Benefits Competitive salary and benefits package.
