Accounts Receivable Specialist

Location: Horsham, PA

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

Pay Rate: $22-24

Job Responsibilities
Post and reconcile customer payments, including cash, checks, and credit card transactions.
Manage accounts receivable records and track outstanding invoices.
Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies and deductions.
Coordinate collection efforts and follow up on past-due accounts.
Prepare receivable reports and maintain accurate financial records.
Assist with audits and other accounting-related projects as needed.

Requirements and Skills
3+ years of accounting or accounts receivable experience.
Strong understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping practices.
Experience with financial software and Microsoft Office.
Excellent math, organizational, and communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to manage confidential information professionally.
Accounting or Finance coursework is a plus.
