We are looking for a few amazing nurses to join our team!

At Oskaloosa Care Center Inc in Oskaloosa IA, we believe in providing high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their safety, comfort, and well-being. We are currently seeking compassionate and dedicated LPNs/RNs to join our team and help us in our mission of providing exceptional care.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care, including administering medication, treatments, and performing diagnostic tests
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Monitor patients' conditions and report any changes to the appropriate healthcare professionals
• Assist with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and eating
• Participate in resident assessments and care conferences

Requirements:

• Current LPN/RN license in the state of Iowa
• Previous experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations
• Commitment to providing compassionate care to all residents
