Production Supervisor

Job DescriptionAbout the Role:The Production Supervisor is responsible for planning and coordinating all manufacturing activities to meet schedule requirements safely. Supervises hourly coordinators and production employees while evaluating and coaching employees to improve performance. They are also expected to actively support the SQDCME Scorecard initiatives (Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, Morale, and Environment) in their respective area.
