Litigation Paralegal

Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive litigation support from case inception through trial
- Draft, format, and file pleadings, motions, and discovery documents
- Manage document production, review, and organization (including eDiscovery platforms)
- Coordinate depositions, hearings, and trial preparation
- Maintain case calendars and track deadlines
- Communicate with clients, experts, and opposing counsel as needed
Qualifications
- 5+ years of litigation paralegal experience (mass tort defense, litigation defense and insurance defense a plus!)
- Strong knowledge of Texas and federal court rules and procedures
- Experience supporting trial teams and managing heavy caseloads
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and time management skills
