Job Description Oracle Health’s IT Managed Services organization focuses on workforce alignment by partnering with clients to optimize resources that increase information technology effectiveness and reduce costs. Oracle Health IT Managed Services provides expertise and support to maximize a client's investments in IT solutions, infrastructure, and operational effectiveness and efficiencies. Oracle Health IT Managed Services is in need of talented healthcare IT professionals with a commitment to improving healthcare. As the Senior Director, Client Site Leader you will provide onsite leadership for associates involved in development, design, and optimization of technical information system platforms for IT Managed Services clients. You will be responsible for leveraging strong interpersonal and communication skills, building professional partnerships within Oracle Health and with client leaders at all levels; driving client technology strategy development and financial planning; and aligning client goals and strategies with current IP capabilities and roadmaps. You will also establish projects, goals and objectives that advance client imperatives, lead onsite teams that develop, design, and optimize technical information system platforms, foster collaboration between technology communities across Oracle Health and IT Managed Services sites, and create and articulate vision and business strategies internally and externally. As a leader of people, you will establish and communicate team or department goals that support organization objectives; set metrics to track progress; influence diverse stakeholder groups; lead quality and process improvement initiatives; and provide training, guidance, and feedback to encourage associate growth. You will own staffing and performance decisions for direct reports. All other responsibilities will be assigned as needed. Responsibilities Build professional partnerships within Oracle Health and with client leaders at all levels. Drive client technology strategy development and financial planning. Align client goals and strategies with current IP capabilities and roadmaps. Establish projects, goals and objectives that advance client imperatives. Lead onsite teams that develop, design, and optimize technical information system platforms. Foster collaboration between technology communities across Oracle Health and IT Managed Services sites. Create and articulate vision and business strategies internally and externally. Lead, direct, and review the team’s work to achieve operational or functional targets. Establish metrics or performance measures to track progress. Lead quality and process improvement initiatives at the team and department level. Provide training, guidance, and feedback to encourage associate growth. Own staffing and performance decisions for direct reports. Qualifications At least 15 years of total related work experience and completed higher education. At least 10 years of clinical, health care, or information systems management experience. Master's degree (preferred). Healthcare CIO experience (preferred). Oracle Health Millennium work experience (preferred).
