Salary Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year Benefits Competitive salary based on experience Paid CEUs Paid certification and licensure renewals Generous paid time off and holidays Retirement plan with matching Daytime hours 8AM-4PM only – no weekends Opportunities for career advancement within the company Ongoing professional development and collaboration Fun, social, and supportive clinic environment Leadership support from a team that values your input Responsibilities Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans Write and update behavior support plans using evidence-based strategies Provide ongoing training and supervision to RBTs Lead parent trainings and caregiver consultations Collaborate with families, schools, and other providers to promote continuity of care Monitor client progress through data review and adjust programming as needed Ensure program fidelity and ethical implementation across services Manage clinic daily operations Qualifications Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification (or within 30 days of hire) Active or eligible for Behavior Analyst licensure in Kansas Minimum of 2 years’ experience working with children with autism spectrum disorders Passion for working with children ages 2-10 and supporting families #J-18808-Ljbffr Limitless ABA
