We are seeking a friendly, dependable, and organized Part-Time Front Desk Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for our clients, residents, vendors, and visitors. Previous receptionist, administrative, or customer service experience preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management abilities. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook). Friendly, professional, and customer-focused demeanor. Ability to work independently while contributing as part of a collaborative team. Responsibilities include Greet clients, visitors, vendors, and team members with professionalism and courtesy. Answer and direct incoming phone calls efficiently and accurately. Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area. Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages. Prepare outgoing mail and shipments. Provide administrative support, including filing, data entry, copying, and document preparation. Respond to general inquiries and direct requests to the appropriate department. Assist with the initial processing of incoming and outgoing checks. Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive client and company information.
