Responsibilities Manage an assigned book of client accounts, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring client satisfaction. Receive job orders from existing clients and collaborate with the recruitment team to determine job requirements. Interview and speak with potential candidates about open roles, providing clear communication and alignment with client expectations. Submit candidate resumes and coordinate placement activities, ensuring timely and successful placements. Work closely with the sales team for new business development; avoid cold‑calling functions. Qualifications Minimum 1 year of experience working for a recruiting or staffing firm. Minimum 1 year of experience in account or client management. Strong interpersonal skills, collaborative mindset, and proven ability to work remotely. Compensation Base salary plus commission structure with guaranteed pay increases as outlined in the offer letter. Projected earnings: Year 1 – $90,000 to $100,000; Year 2 – $100,000 to $130,000; Year 3+ – $130,000 to $180,000. Benefits 100% coverage of health, dental, and vision benefits.
