This is not a narrow funds seat. The work sits at the intersection of private fund secondaries, recapitalizations, co-invests, fund structuring, and cross-border transactions across private equity, credit, real estate, venture capital, and infrastructure. What you’ll do Advise sophisticated institutional investors, secondary buyers, sovereign wealth funds, and asset managers on bespoke alternative asset transactions Draft, review, and negotiate purchase agreements, partnership agreements, financing documents, and related deal documents Run diligence, assess risk, and help structure transactions from early analysis through closing Work closely with tax, regulatory, and litigation colleagues on matters that do not fit neatly into one box Handle secondaries, GP-led and other liquidity transactions, fund formation issues, and cross-border deal execution What they’re looking for 2 to 6 years of law firm experience in alternative assets, secondaries, private funds, fund formation, GP-leds, co-invests, or adjacent investor-side work. You should know how to own a workstream, turn documents cleanly, and think commercially. Strong drafting matters here. So does judgment. Why this role You will get range.
