Associate, Real Assets & Infrastructure

A global investment organization headquartered in New York is seeking an Associate to join its Real Assets & Infrastructure team. The firm manages a large and diversified portfolio across private markets and invests in control equity and structured capital opportunities across sectors including transportation, digital infrastructure, power and utilities, and other essential infrastructure-related asset classes. Build, review, and refine detailed financial models, supporting analyses, and underwriting frameworks. Conduct market, industry, and competitive research as part of comprehensive due diligence efforts. Assist in transaction execution, including structuring, coordinating with advisors, and reviewing transaction documentation. Draft investment memoranda and participate in presenting opportunities to internal investment committees. Monitor portfolio investments and support ongoing asset management, including performance analysis, capital structure review, and risk/opportunity assessment. Support quarterly and ad-hoc reporting needs for internal teams and external stakeholders.QualificationsStrong academic achievement from a top-tier undergraduate institution. 2–4 years of relevant experience in investment banking, private equity, infrastructure investing, real assets, or similar fields. Demonstrated ability to perform high-quality financial, analytical, and business analysis. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience creating investment materials. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to excel in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. High degree of intellectual curiosity and interest in real assets and infrastructure investing.
