The Real Assets & Infrastructure team targets control equity and structured capital investments across transportation, digital infrastructure, power & utilities, and other infrastructure-related asset classes.Duties and Responsibilities:Evaluate the merits and risks of investment opportunities across Wafra's Real Assets and Infrastructure businessBuild and review detailed financial models to support investment underwriting and structuring decisionsConduct market, industry, competitive, and opportunity-specific research and diligenceAssist in transaction execution, including investment structuring and coordination with legal and financial advisorsAuthor investment memoranda and participate in presenting opportunities to the investment committeeMonitor portfolio investments and support ongoing portfolio managementSupport quarterly and ad hoc reporting requirementsRequirements:2-4 years of relevant experience in investment banking, private equity, infrastructure investing, or real assetsDemonstrated ability to perform high-quality financial, analytical, and business analysisExcellent written and verbal communication skillsApply for this Position
