The mandate is flexible by design, giving you reps across instruments and asset types that most peer seats don't offer. What You'll Own Direct investing in data center and fiber transactions Both credit and equity work: diligence, modeling, structuring, documentation Full deal lifecycle exposure from sourcing support through post-close asset management Working directly with senior team members on live transactions from week one The Platform Established team with a strong track record and clear momentum heading into the next fund. Small, tenured group with deep relationships across the digital infrastructure ecosystem. Flat structure with a real seat at the table for the right person. Who Thrives Here You move fluently between credit and equity. You're plug and play. You can pick up a live deal without a long ramp, and you've seen enough transactions to know what good looks like. You want ownership over outcomes, not just over process. Asset management and portfolio engagement matter as much as deal execution.
