Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate nursing care for assigned patients on site.

• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and facility policies.

• Oversee patient assessments, care plans, and progress documentation.

• Lead urgency-driven responses and triage for on-site emergencies.

• Mentor and develop junior staff to improve clinical skills.

• Monitor clinical outcomes and use data to drive improvement.

• Create and manage clinical pipelines to forecast care needs and capacity.

• Maintain patient safety incident reporting and corrective actions.

• Coordinate with interdepartmental teams to streamline workflows.

• Participate in performance reviews and contribute to merit-based advancement.

• Represent nursing leadership in team meetings and strategy sessions.

Experience/Qualifications

• RN license in good standing with state board and current BLS certification

• Minimum 5 years of clinical nursing, with 2+ years in leadership or charge nurse roles

• Strong knowledge of patient safety, incident reporting, and corrective action processes

• Experience leading triage and urgent care responses in on-site settings

• Ability to develop and manage care plans, assessments, and progress documentation

• Proficiency with clinical data analytics to monitor outcomes and drive improvements

• Strong mentoring, coaching, and performance feedback skills for junior staff

• Experience building and managing clinical pipelines to forecast demand and capacity

• Excellent cross-functional collaboration and initiative to streamline workflows

• Demonstrated alignment with growth-focused, merit-based advancement culture
