Clinical Supervisor RN | San Luis Obispo, CA
Lead with compassion, confidence, and clinical excellence. Adventist Health Sierra Vista is seeking an experienced Clinical Supervisor RN to provide unit-based leadership and support high-quality patient care in beautiful San Luis Obispo, CA.
What You’ll Do:
Provide leadership and oversight for nursing and ancillary staff on assigned units
Collaborate with Nurse Managers, Directors, physicians, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure exceptional patient care
Monitor patient care delivery, staffing, patient safety, and operational efficiency
Support staff development, coaching, scheduling, and performance management
Promote patient satisfaction, quality improvement initiatives, and regulatory compliance
Participate in patient care activities and assist with resolving operational or patient care concerns
What You’ll Bring:
Active California RN license required
Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or equivalent experience required; Master’s Degree preferred
Supervisory experience or demonstrated leadership skills required
Five years of clinical or technical nursing experience preferred
BLS certification required
Strong communication, critical thinking, and team leadership abilities
