New Vista’s The GroveAddiction Treatment Centers work with individuals and their support systems to identify factors leading to addiction, equip individuals with the resources needed to address addictive triggers, and reconnect individuals with their support system and community. From scheduling an admission date to acquainting individuals with the campus and everything in between, patients are supported by our team of compassionate employees. Our compassionate team members work in a challenging yet rewarding environment where each person is a part of making direct impact on our patient’s lives. Key Responsibilities Provide case management services, including assessment, service planning, and ongoing support Utilize peer support principles to engage and motivate clients in recovery Assist clients in accessing community resources such as housing, employment, and healthcare Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with agency and state guidelines Collaborate with clinical staff to coordinate care and support treatment goals Facilitate individual and group sessions as appropriate Advocate for clients and promote a recovery-oriented environment Qualifications Active CDCA certification in the state of Ohio (required) Peer Support Specialist certification (preferred) High School Diploma or GED required Must be 21 years or older Newly qualified grads welcome Why You’ll Love It Here: Comprehensive Health: Multitude of medical plan options (Health Share & Vista Wellness), Dental, and Vision.
