Construction Defect Attorney

Taylor, Day, Grimm & Boyd is seeking an experienced Associate Attorney to join our growing Construction Defect Litigation practice.

This opportunity is ideal for an attorney who is ready to take ownership of their cases, contribute strategically within a team, and grow within a firm that values both independence and collaboration.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage and drive construction defect litigation matters from inception through resolution
• Develop case strategy and work directly with clients to provide proactive counsel and exceptional service
• Collaborate with a litigation team to deliver efficient, high-quality outcomes
• Contribute to a culture that values professionalism, mentorship, and community engagement

QUALIFICATIONS

Required:

• 3–5 years of substantive experience in construction defect litigation
• Licensed to practice law in the State of Florida
• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Preferred:

• Prior experience using ProLaw
