As an Orthopedic Physical Therapist at Simple Strokes Therapy Center LLC in Bridgeton, New Jersey, you will be an integral member of our multidisciplinary team, dedicated to delivering high-quality care to patients in their homes. Work Environment

This full-time role is performed onsite, where you will travel to patient homes within the Bridgeton area for therapy sessions. You will work primarily during weekdays, from 9 AM to 5 PM, providing a structured schedule while allowing flexibility to meet the needs of our patients. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients' functional abilities upon initial visits to develop tailored treatment plans that directly address their specific needs and health conditions.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions focused on restoring mobility, reducing pain, and improving overall quality of life for patients.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of patient assessments, treatment plans, and progress reports in accordance with regulatory standards, ensuring adherence to best practices.

• Educate patients and their families on prescribed exercises, home exercise programs, and strategies for preventing future injuries, fostering patient empowerment and self-management.

• Collaborate effectively with a diverse group of healthcare professionals, including physicians, occupational therapists, and nurses, to ensure cohesive and holistic patient care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your work will focus on a broad spectrum of patients, including individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, athletes rehabilitating from sports injuries, and elderly patients managing chronic conditions like arthritis. Each patient presents unique challenges, and you will have the opportunity to employ a variety of therapeutic techniques tailored to their specific rehabilitation goals.

Qualifications

• Possession of a Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.

• A valid New Jersey state license to practice as a Physical Therapist.

• A minimum of 2 years of professional experience in physical therapy, specifically in orthopedic rehabilitation.

• Strong clinical reasoning and decision-making abilities, allowing for quick adaptations to treatment plans based on patient responses.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with patients, families, and healthcare teams.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to USD 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
