Work Environment

This position is an onsite role within a home care setting, allowing for direct interaction with patients in the comfort of their own homes. Your workweek will typically consist of Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, promoting a balanced work-life schedule. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments to recognize and articulate individual patient goals and requirements for rehabilitation.
• Manage a caseload that allows you to dedicate time to one patient per hour, ensuring personalized attention and care.
• Design and implement evidence-based treatment plans incorporating diverse therapeutic techniques tailored to each patient's needs.
• Administer cost-effective therapies aimed at improving patients' mobility, strength, flexibility, and overall physical function.
• Minimize reliance on medications by proposing effective non-surgical options and alternative therapies.
• Formulate and adjust customized fitness and wellness plans that promote active lifestyles for your patients.
• Encourage patient compliance and motivation throughout the treatment process to enhance functional outcomes.
• Collaborate closely with other healthcare professionals to continually assess treatment efficacy and make necessary adjustments.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of patient progress, treatment administered, and future care plans using EMR software such as WebPT.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your expertise will mainly benefit clients recovering from orthopedic conditions, those requiring post-surgical rehabilitation, and individuals with chronic pain issues. By focusing on personalized care, you will be instrumental in guiding patients on their journey to optimal mobility and performance.

Qualifications

• Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.
• Active license as a Physical Therapist with no disciplinary actions recorded.
• Proficiency in manual therapy techniques and the development of tailored exercise programs that meet patient-specific needs.
• Experience with EMR Software like WebPT for efficient patient management and documentation.

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience working as a Physical Therapist within orthopedic outpatient settings is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated ability to design and implement individual exercise regimens effectively.
• Experience in collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for the Physical Therapist position is between USD 80,000 and 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience. In addition to competitive pay, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
