Sales Operations Coordinator

Position Title Sales Operations Coordinator A growing financial services organization is looking for a sharp, highly organized Sales Operations Coordinator who thrives where accuracy, initiative, and follow-through matter. This role provides hands-on operational and administrative support to a high-performing sales organization, including sales reporting, transaction coordination, database maintenance, trade-desk support, and process documentation. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and highly coachable, with strong Excel skills and the judgment to take ownership of critical operational tasks. This is a fully onsite, temp-to-hire opportunity in Los Angeles, CA, offering a clear path to increased responsibility for someone who proves they can learn quickly, improve processes, and become a trusted resource to the team. Pay Range $31.25 - $35.00 / hour Responsibilities Support daily sales operations, including reporting, transaction coordination, database maintenance, and administrative workflows Assist with trade-desk activities by reviewing pricing, coordinating with vendors, documenting transactions and confirming completed trades Prepare and maintain recurring monthly sales reports, performance calculations, and operational tracking Track account activity, funding information, incentives, and database updates with a high level of accuracy Manage incoming emails and assist with customer-facing communication and scheduling as needed Create, organize, and maintain SOPs, process documentation, and operational resources Identify opportunities to improve existing processes, procedures and reporting workflows Support recruiting coordination, candidate screening and other sales-team initiatives as responsibilities expand Requirements 3+ years of experience in sales operations, financial services operations, transaction support, sales administration, or a similar operational support role Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas, sorting and filtering, data validation, lookups and recurring reports Exceptional attention to detail with demonstrated accuracy, judgment, and follow-through Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines Professional written and verbal communication skills, including a polished phone presence Proactive, resourceful mindset with the ability to take initiative rather than wait for direction Strong note-taking skills and willingness to ask questions, learn new systems, and apply feedback Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting a sales organization or senior sales leader preferred Experience developing SOPs, training materials, or process documentation preferred Financial services, transaction, banking, brokerage, commodities, or related industry experience is a plus Familiarity with AI tools or technology is a plus Benefits Medical, dental, and vision insurance options Paid holidays 2 weeks of accrued vacation Performance-based bonus opportunity Annual performance and compensation reviews Training and hands-on professional development #J-18808-Ljbffr Boutique Recruiting
