Assistant Community Manager – LIHTC Experience
About the RoleEssential Staffing Solutions (ESS) is hiring an experienced Assistant Community Manager with LIHTC compliance expertise . The Assistant Manager will support daily property operations, oversee rent collection, manage resident relations, and ensure affordable housing compliance. Key Responsibilities
- Collect, post, and process rent payments in Yardi.
- Manage delinquent accounts, evictions, and move-outs.
- Conduct annual and interim LIHTC income certifications.
- Maintain compliance files and support audits/inspections.
- Assist with leasing, renewals, and resident retention programs.
- Support Community Manager with reporting and daily operations.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in property management.
- LIHTC compliance experience required.
- Knowledge of Fair Housing and affordable housing guidelines.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Yardi experience preferred.
