2ND SHIFT TEST OPERATOR

Schedule & Pay

Monday – Thur
2:30 PM – 11 PM
$15/hr

What You’ll Do

Operate electronic testing equipment (CMTx, Raptor, GEN) to meet daily production goals
Test and troubleshoot STB units to ensure they meet quality standards
Verify incoming and outgoing unit counts and condition
Package, sort, stage, and prepare equipment for production
Follow detailed testing instructions and procedures
Enter data accurately using PC systems and RF handheld devices
Maintain a clean and organized workstation
Support additional warehouse and production tasks as needed

What We’re Looking For

Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Basic computer skills and data entry experience
Ability to troubleshoot technical issues when needed
Strong communication skills and team-oriented mindset
Ability to stay productive in a high-speed, high-volume environment
High school diploma or equivalent required
Previous experience in manufacturing, testing, repair, or warehouse environments is a plus

Requirements

E-Verify, drug test, and background check required
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Ability to work efficiently while maintaining quality standards
