• Pay Rate: $22.00/hr
• Work schedule: 9am-3:30pm, Monday-Friday. Potential for up to 40 hours per week.
• Downtown location with easy access to public transportation.
• Temporary to permanent job opportunity

Key Responsibilities:

• Process incoming/outgoing mail and packages; deliver to appropriate recipients
• Scan, index, and classify documents using multiple systems
• Prepare and ship parcels and freight; manage shipping requests
• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments; process invoices and POs
• Maintain mailroom equipment and restock supplies
• Box and label scanned materials for storage and retention
• Collaborate with internal teams and support process improvements
• Meet quality, quantity, and turnaround standards.

Must-Haves:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel)
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Ability to follow instructions and procedures with detail orientation
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on-site full-time
• Ability to sit and stand throughout the work day
• Are comfortable with hands-on work in a mailroom or distribution setting
• Are eager to learn and grow with the team
