This person will be involved in the implementation and roll out of a new CMMS system and will also be the coordinator/marionette master of maintenance activities (PMs, etc) on-site. Non-degree is fine - this site is attached to this company's HQ building, good exposure on this role because of the proximity to company leaders. Open to a variety of manufacturing backgrounds including the feed industry, automotive industry, etc. Job Description: This role will oversee maintenance and a team of technicians for a manufacturing plant that is located on a larger complex near Lexington. This manufacturing site runs 24/5. This is the perfect job for someone looking for a step up in responsibility and who is looking to learn. Both of the former maintenance managers have been promoted, but are still on-site and available for support and mentoring of this person.
