Contract Administrator

Snelling is currently recruiting for a Contract Administrator for a development company in the Birmingham area. The ideal candidate combines strong contract and risk-management knowledge with the organizational discipline to manage a high volume of active documents across multiple concurrent sitework projects. Hours: Monday-Friday 7:00am-4:00pm Starting Salary: $70,000-$80,000, annually with bonus opportunities Job Duties for Contract Administrator Draft, review, and administer subcontracts, purchase orders, and change orders, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance with company standards and applicable law. Track key contract dates, deliverables, notice provisions, and milestones; proactively flag risks, conflicts, or missing terms to project managers and leadership.
