Service Manager – Marine (Full-Time) Ulrich Marine – Branson West, MO (Table Rock Lake) Ulrich Marine is seeking an experienced Service Manager to lead our marine service department. Located on Table Rock Lake, we specialize in keeping serious anglers and recreational boaters on the water. If you have a strong background in marine engines, leadership, and customer service—we want to talk to you. Position Overview The Service Manager is responsible for overseeing daily operations of the service department, managing technicians, coordinating workflow, and ensuring high-quality service for all customers. This role is critical in maintaining our reputation for fast, reliable service—especially for tournament anglers who depend on their equipment. Work in a high-performance, team-oriented environment Opportunity to work with top marine brands and cutting-edge technology Key Responsibilities Manage and oversee all service department operations Schedule and dispatch service jobs efficiently Lead and support marine technicians Ensure timely completion of repairs and maintenance Maintain strong communication with customers throughout the service process Diagnose and assist with complex mechanical and electrical issues Manage warranty claims and manufacturer communication Maintain parts and service coordination with parts department Ensure a clean, safe, and organized shop environment Qualifications Proven experience as a Service Manager (marine industry preferred) Strong knowledge of marine engines and systems, including: Outboards & inboards Electrical systems & marine electronics Experience working with major brands including: Mercury Marine / MerCruiser Yamaha Honda Suzuki BRP (Evinrude) Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent problem-solving and diagnostic ability Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment About Ulrich Marine Ulrich Marine has over 40 years serving Table Rock Lake and is known for supporting tournament anglers and recreational boaters alike.
