Service Manager

Role Overview Our Service Managers play a key leadership role in our local Terminix branches. This role is all about leading and motivating our local Pest Technician Teams to provide outstanding service delivery of Terminix products to our valued customers. Day-to-Day Responsibilities Monitor branch scheduling and ensure pest tech routes are successfully completed. Ensure regulatory compliance and safety standards are met or exceeded. Respond to customer concerns, including resolving cancellation requests. Inspect and evaluate the performance of Pest Technicians. Monitor and maintain inventory levels of pest control products. Facilitate continual training of local sales and service teams. Qualifications An associate’s degree (a four‑year degree is highly desirable). Must possess a valid driver’s license from state of residence. Having 1‑2 years of related experience is very helpful, but not required. Willingness to relocate is highly desirable. Strong leadership and motivation skills. Excellent communication skills – written and oral. Good problem‑solving skills with a practical approach. Ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers and employees. Detail-oriented and safety focused. Aptitude for basic/intermediate math for sales and service calculations.
