Job Summary and Responsibilities Franciscan Cardiothoracic Surgery Associates, part of Virginia Mason Franciscan Health (VMFH), is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider (APP) to join the St. Michael Medical Center (SMMC) campus in Silverdale, WA. Responsibilities Post‑operative follow‑up with cardiac and thoracic patients Coordinate care from discharge to clinic visit Assist with rounding Consult with specialty care teams Daily review of clinic inbox Order pre‑operative studies and schedule follow‑up Wound care Patient communication (calls, updates) Work Schedule Clinic‑based role; Monday through Friday with an option for 4 or 5 days per week. No on‑call or weekend coverage. Qualifications Current Washington state license as a Nurse Practitioner or other advanced practice provider (or ability to obtain) 1+ year of APP experience in cardiothoracic surgery (preferred) CPR, BLS, and ACLS certification (or ability to obtain) required Compensation Range: $162,000.00 – $212,900.00 per year.
