Travel Assistance Coordinator

Supporting a growing global operations team, the full-time Travel Assistance Coordinator will manage travel bookings, itinerary modifications, and concierge requests while providing high-touch customer service in a fully remote environment. Key responsibilities Assist travelers with hotel, flight, rail, and transportation bookings, as well as itinerary changes and cancellations Coordinate concierge requests, including restaurant reservations and destination services, while providing real-time support during urgent situations Communicate effectively with hotels, airlines, and travel suppliers to ensure seamless travel experiences for customers Required qualifications Previous experience in travel, hospitality, concierge, or customer support environments Strong understanding of travel booking processes and international travel logistics Experience handling itinerary changes, disruptions, and customer escalations Fluent in English; Italian language skills strongly preferred Experience with travel booking platforms or global distribution systems is preferred
