We're looking for a Staff Accountant who is curious, motivated, and eager to grow into a future Senior Accountant, Accounting Manager, Controller, or CFO. What You'll Do

• Prepare monthly journal entries and account reconciliations.
• Assist with month-end and year-end close activities.
• Maintain the general ledger and ensure financial data is accurate and complete.
• Support financial reporting and management analysis.
• Process fixed assets and maintain depreciation schedules.
• Assist with project accounting and contract cost tracking.
• Support internal and external audits.
• Help improve accounting processes through automation and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate across departments to solve financial challenges and support business growth.
• Work with some great people who are mission driven.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 1-4 years of accounting experience (public accounting or industry experience welcomed).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail with exceptional organizational skills.
• Advanced Excel skills; ERP experience is a plus.
• A desire to learn, grow, and build a long-term career.
