Senior Verification Engineer - Scalable Coherency Fabric

Responsibilities Verify the build, architecture, and micro‑architecture of NVIDIA’s scalable coherency fabric (SCF). Use advanced verification methods, including sophisticated verification methodologies, innovative verification methodologies, and formal verification techniques. Analyze and understand design implementation, define verification scope, develop testplan, and coordinate tasks within the verification team. Develop verification infrastructure using SystemVerilog and UVM. Collaborate with architects, designers, and pre‑ and post‑silicon verification teams. Qualifications PhD, Master’s, Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience. 5+ years of relevant experience. Detailed knowledge of large‑scale coherent interconnect architectures. Prior experience verifying ARM AMBA (AXI/ACE/CHI) protocols or other high‑performance interconnect protocols. Previous experience in Network‑on‑chip (NoC) build verification. Experience building testbenches using SystemVerilog and UVM. Passion for debugging and strong problem‑solving abilities. Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to operate within a dynamic and distributed team. Track record of mentoring junior engineers and interns (plus). Strong background in computer architecture (helpful). Benefits Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. The base salary range is 136,000USD–218,500USD for Level3, and 168,000USD–264,500USD for Level4. You will also be eligible for equity and benefits.
