Senior ASIC Verification Engineer, Coherent High Speed Interconnect

Overview Senior ASIC Verification Engineer for NVIDIA’s Coherent High Speed Interconnect team. You will verify the design and implementation of high‑speed coherent interconnects for mobile SoCs and GPUs, impacting product lines ranging from consumer graphics to autonomous vehicles and AI. Responsibilities Verify design and implementation of high‑speed coherent interconnects. Define verification scope, develop verification infrastructure (testbenches, BFMs, checkers, monitors) using SystemVerilog and UVM. Complete test and coverage plans, verify correctness of the design. Collaborate with architects, designers, emulation and silicon verification teams. Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (or equivalent experience). 3+ years of verification experience. Experience architecting unit‑level testbench environments. Background in verification using random stimulus with functional coverage and assertion‑based methodologies. Prior design or verification experience of coherent high‑speed interconnects. Knowledge of industry‑standard protocols such as PCIe, CXL, CHI is useful. Strong background developing testbenches from scratch using SV and UVM. Experience with C++ programming, scripting, and SystemVerilog. Familiarity with design and verification tools such as VCS, Debussy, GDB. Strong debugging, analytical, communication and interpersonal skills. Experience mentoring junior engineers and interns is a plus. Compensation & Benefits Base salary range: $136,000‑$218,500 (Level3) or $168,000‑$264,500 (Level4). Eligible for equity and benefits.
