Position: Staffing Coordinator Location: Green Bay, WI In this role, you'll support recruiting, sourcing, onboarding, and talent engagement efforts while delivering exceptional customer service to job seekers, clients, and internal teams. You'll help create a positive candidate experience from first contact through onboarding and beyond. Position Overview Key Responsibilities Assist with sourcing, screening, and engaging qualified candidates for open positions Utilize recruiting platforms, applicant tracking systems (ATS), job boards, and social media to support hiring efforts Schedule interviews and coordinate onboarding activities and orientations Conduct reference checks, process employment documentation, and maintain accurate records Answer talent questions regarding benefits, payroll, and employment‑related inquiries Build and maintain relationships with candidates and support ongoing talent pipelines Provide administrative and clerical support including phone calls, data entry, and communication follow‑up Support social media engagement and promote ABR as an employer of choice Represent ABR at networking events, trainings, and community functions Highlights of Employment at ABR Competitive compensation Generous paid time off, accruing four weeks annually Comprehensive benefits package, including: Quartz HMO Health & Delta Dental 100% company‑paid Vision, Life, and Disability Insurance Matching 401(k) plan A professional environment with a strong culture of support and respect Career development and advancement opportunities Preferred Qualifications Associate degree or equivalent related experience Prior experience in customer service, recruiting, administrative support, human resources, or a related field Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills Comfortable working with Microsoft Office, ATS systems, and online platforms Excellent phone and customer service skills Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment Creative, outgoing, and energetic with a passion for helping people succeed Apply Today At ABR, we believe in investing in YOU.
