HR Data Analyst

Partnering with HR and business leaders, the full-time remote HR Data Analyst will turn workforce data into actionable insights by developing dashboards, conducting complex analyses, and enhancing employee experience metrics. Key responsibilities Lead the development and optimization of HR dashboards and automated reporting solutions to provide insights across the employee lifecycle Conduct complex analyses of workforce data to identify trends and opportunities, translating business questions into actionable recommendations Collaborate with stakeholders to define business needs and present findings through compelling visualizations and executive-level presentations Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Analytics, Statistics, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related field 5+ years of experience in HR analytics, people analytics, business intelligence, or a related analytical role Advanced proficiency in Workday, Power BI, Microsoft Excel, or other data visualization and reporting tools Demonstrated experience building dashboards, developing KPIs, and automating reporting processes Experience working with large, complex datasets, including data cleansing, validation, integration, and modeling
