Cross Country Nurses is seeking a travel nurse RN Labor and Delivery for a travel nursing job in Spokane, Washington. Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Labor and Delivery Discipline: RN Start Date: 10/05/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 48 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, nights Employment Type: Travel Job Summary Labor and Delivery Nurse (L&D RN) in the area. This position involves providing specialized nursing care for women during labor, delivery, and postpartum, supporting high-risk pregnancies, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams in a short-term acute care facility. Job Details Certifications: ACLS, AWHONN Intermediate, BLS, FHM, NRPSkills Education Requirements: Must possess valid state licensure and required certifications. Location Requirements: Must have a valid compact license and be within a 50-mile radius. Years of Experience: At least 1 year of recent clinical experience in Labor and Delivery. Schedule: Nights Shift, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 48 hours per week. Responsibilities include administering blood and blood products, assisting with high risk deliveries, conducting sterile speculum exams, managing postpartum care, and utilizing Electronic Fetal Heart Monitoring systems. Additional information: Must be flexible to float between units; previous experience with Epic charting system required. Submission requirements: Candidates should include responses regarding previous experience at a Providence facility and provide two references covering 1 year (6 months for CNAs) within the last 3 years.
