About the Company We partnered with a leading manufacturing distributor in the window and door industry. The Role This Outside Sales Representative role is focused on managing and growing an established territory in the North Shore of Boston. You will work remotely to cultivate relationships with contractors, dealers, and other industry professionals, identifying new opportunities and driving sales in a high-potential market. Responsibilities Manage and grow an established territory in the North Shore of Boston. Work remotely to cultivate relationships with contractors, dealers, and other industry professionals. Identify new opportunities and drive sales in a high-potential market. Benefits and Compensation Competitive draw-based salary per week. 5% commission on total sales with significant earning potential. Total compensation exceeding $150,000+ annually at $3M in sales. Competitive monthly car allowance and a gas card. Strong benefits package including medical, life, PTO, paid holidays, and 401k with a 25% match after one year.
