We are expanding and have an opening for a top performing Customer Service Representative to join our team. Salary plus commission. Responsibilities- Immediately greet all customers, entering the office, in a friendly and helpful manner.
- Foster strong relationships with our customers to maintain a high level of client retention and product loyalty.
- Process customer policy change requests.
- Take premium payments from customers.
- Respond to all service inquiries and requests within a specified timeframe.
- Provide customers with additional information about new products and services.
- Must currently possess a Property & Casualty license.
- Team Player for a fast-paced environment that possesses empathy and persuasion.
- Self-starter with excellent communication skills.
- Detailed, organized with great time management skills
- Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.
