Seattle Radiology is a self-standing outpatient imaging center in downtown Seattle. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing high-quality x-ray exams and procedures while ensuring patient safety, comfort, and compliance with all regulatory standards. This role requires strong technical expertise, attention to detail, and a patient-centered approach. Shift Monday - Friday / 8:30 am to 5:00 pm Location Seattle, Washington Compensation The salary range is $32.20 - $40.25 - $48.30. The salary is based on multiple factors, including but not limited to job-related experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and employment status. Benefits 2 Medical plans to choose from, dental, vision, life, and LTD HSA and FSA available A 401(k)-employer match, with a profit-sharing component Up to 21 paid days off per year 8 paid holidays annually Life and disability insurance Free onsite parking Learning opportunities through professional development programs Educational Assistance Discretionary annual performance-based bonus Position Summary Properly performs X-Ray, Fluoroscopy, and Procedures to ACR standards Ability to physically assist patients to obtain high quality imaging Assists radiologist with specialized procedures Prepares sterile trays Properly screens orders prior to exam for any precautions or contraindications Provides patient care services in a professional and compassionate manner Organizes and monitors patient flow to meet company productivity, quality, health, and safety standards Ability to de-escalate conflict situations with minimal supervisory assistance but able to recognize when a situation is beyond individual training/expertise and requires assistance Qualifications and Requirements Satisfactory completion of a formal radiologic technology program or other compatible course of study Washington State Radiologic Technologist - Diagnostic license required (Washington State X-ray license, ARRT) One year of X-Ray experience required Current certification in Healthcare Provider BLS/CPR Demonstrates a professional demeanor in appearance and behavior in all work-related interactions COVID Requirements To protect physicians, employees, and patients of Radia from contracting COVID-19 and to help prevent the spread of COVID-19, Radia requires that all Health Care Setting Workers receive a COVID-19 vaccination, subject to the exemptions.
