To apply to this hybrid role please send your resume to View email address on click.appcast.io Career Advancement Opportunity (This position is expected to advance quickly within the company over the next few months.)Responsibilities:Perform monthly close activities including but not limited to:Review account reconciliations for corporate close, fixed assets, and leasesWork directly with the corporate accountant and shared service center to manage/coordinate month end closePrepare monthly and quarterly journal entries and account recs for the corporate general ledgerField questions/support business unit finance leads with close and consolidation questionsAccounting responsibility for and/or involvement in the following areas:Share-based compensationLIFO inventorySelf-insurance and worker compensation reservesLeasesFixed AssetsOwnership over the corporate ledger and the company’s topside ledgersFocus on corporate controls to ensure proper complianceAssist in coordinating and developing training materials for quarterly global accounting and finance updatesParticipate in and support various process improvement initiatives, including fixed asset and lease process improvement
