Just a dream, hard work, life savings, a dedicated team, and a deep passion for what we do.Job DescriptionWe're looking for a talented and motivated Lead Baker or Pastry Cook to join our team. Key responsibilities include:High-volume pastry production of loaf cakes, soft butter cookies, vegan pastries, brownies, financiers, and other baked goodsProduction for our online operations for nationwide shippingMaintaining the highest possible standards in product quality and health and safetyBeing consistent, obsessed with quality, and taking pride in the baked goods you produceBeing a motivated team player with outstanding communication skillsShowcasing a proactive, self-starter approachAbility to take on managerial duties and execute to a high standard
