Position: Baker (Wholesale Production)
Location: Pleasantville, NJ
Pay Rate: $16.00 - $18.00 an hour

Job Description:

In this role, you'll be part of a wholesale bakery production team responsible for creating high-quality baked goods from start to finish. From mixing dough and operating production equipment to baking, quality inspections, and packaging, you'll play an important role in delivering fresh products while maintaining the highest food safety and quality standards.

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare, mix, proof, bake, and cool products according to production schedules and recipes
• Operate and monitor bakery equipment, ovens, and production machinery safely and efficiently
• Perform quality inspections to ensure products meet company standards
• Complete production records and communicate equipment or production issues to supervisors
• Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe work environment while following all safety procedures

Shift/Hours:

• Monday - Friday
  2:00am - 10:00am

Job Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Comfortable working in a warm bakery production environment and performing repetitive tasks
• Reliable attendance and ability to meet production schedules
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Previous bakery, food production, or manufacturing experience is preferred
