Position: Baker (Wholesale Production)
Location: Pleasantville, NJ
Pay Rate: $16.00 - $18.00 an hour
- Prepare, mix, proof, bake, and cool products according to production schedules and recipes
- Operate and monitor bakery equipment, ovens, and production machinery safely and efficiently
- Perform quality inspections to ensure products meet company standards
- Complete production records and communicate equipment or production issues to supervisors
- Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe work environment while following all safety procedures
- Monday - Friday
2:00am - 10:00am
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Comfortable working in a warm bakery production environment and performing repetitive tasks
- Reliable attendance and ability to meet production schedules
- Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Previous bakery, food production, or manufacturing experience is preferred
